Technics Gymnastics Finger


Before doing finger gymnastics techniques, you should warm up / stretching at your tanggan particular.
Then learn also how to play guitar the right way: put your hand on the tremolo (end of the base strings on the guitar body) could try to pluck the strings ranging from 1 to strings to 6 without shifting the position of your hand earlier.
Then, you try to train strumming a guitar with a down pick-up (down up) on the string 1 to string 6 with a steady tempo.

The first part:

Description:

Stringed plucked down first, then rose, and so on (odd numbers go down, that even naek)

A|————————————————–4–3–2–1————–

Description:

Naek plucked strings first, then down, and so on (an odd number naek, which even falls)

Do both the above sections in sequence, meaning that the second part is the connection the first part, so in fact the first and second parts are not separate, after the first and second straight.
Do it with the tempo slow tempo and then add the speed gradually. Finger exercises should be done at least 30 minutes a day for a week, Insya Allah smoothly in your hand will be strumming a guitar (play melody)
